Written in Journals
We understand that your purchase is an important part of your spiritual journey, and we want you to be fully satisfied with your journal. However, due to the personal nature of journaling, we are unable to accept returns on journals that have been written in.
Unwritten in Journals
If your journal remains unwritten and in its original condition, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure that the journal is in its original packaging and has not been used or marked in any way..
Damaged Journals
If your journal arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to provide a replacement or refund upon receiving the damaged product
